No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has currently been appointed, as the nature and scale of the activities carried out do not require this obligation under applicable legislation.
Requests regarding data protection may be addressed directly to the controller.
19. Data security
The controller and the technical administrator of the website implement reasonable security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration.
The website's technical administrator may have limited access to information strictly for the purpose of maintaining, securing, and operating the technical infrastructure, without using the data for his own purposes.
